Pick your city and download one calendar file. It carries the next two weeks of major and minor windows, and it will remind you 30 minutes before each major window opens.
Pick your city
One file per city, generated from that city's coordinates and time zone. Open it and your calendar app will offer to add the events — Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook all read this format.
What is in the file
Every major window (two hours centered on the moon's meridian transit, above or below you) and every minor window (one hour centered on moonrise or moonset) for the next 14 days. Major windows carry an alarm set 30 minutes before the start; minor windows do not, so your phone stays quiet. Events are marked free, not busy, so they will not block your working day.
The file is a snapshot, not a subscription: it does not update itself. Download it again when the two weeks run out.
When this is not the right tool
Solunar theory (John Alden Knight, 1926) is a prediction from sun and moon position, not a measurement, and the window widths are an industry convention rather than a calculation. On tidal saltwater the tide stage usually matters more than the lunar window — go to the NOAA station predictions for that water; a solunar calendar does not replace them. Weather, water temperature and pressure are not in this file.
